The schedule
Three main blocks over three days, each timed so two regions of the world get a reasonable hour. Pick one — three hours — and you have had the whole unconference. Exact times will follow with the new dates.

Bring one problem, leave with several answers
You propose the session. A room of practitioners who chose to be there works on your actual question — not a version of it someone guessed at six months ago.
Nobody is selling you anything
No keynotes, no sponsored talks, no vendor pitches. Our sponsors agree to that in writing before they sign.
Practitioners from dozens of countries
Last year, 130 people from 29 countries and six continents. Geo-fair pricing is why — the room is global because the price moves with where you live.
Three hours is the whole commitment
One block: a plenary and a round of sessions. Everything after it is optional, and if three hours is too much, come for one session.
You keep what happened
Session notes go up quickly, so the sessions you miss are not lost to you — and the grid is built so that you have to miss some.

Thirteen years of the same community turning up. You will meet people you would never meet at a conference in your own country, and you will still be talking to some of them in March.

A block opens together. People pitch sessions in about thirty seconds each and the schedule fills up live — no program committee, no submission deadline, no slides required.
Bring a question, not a keynote
A problem you’re stuck on, a tool you want to put through its paces, or a story worth telling. That’s a session.
Sessions run in parallel
With real breaks between them and a lounge that stays open throughout. If a session isn’t for you, leave and join another — that’s the rule, not a faux pas.
